Our Emergency First Aid at Work Course (EFAW)
Is suitable for people aged 16+ who work in low hazard environments, or where Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines indicate staff should hold a certificate in emergency first aid at work.
It gives learners the skills and confidence to respond to a range of accidents and first aid emergencies they could encounter in the everyday workplace.
Our 2 day Paediatric first aid courses offer a practical, hands-on approach that delivers the skills and confidence to use first aid skills in a real life situation.
Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a paediatric first aid certificate which is valid for three years, in line with the statutory framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage, this course can be used as evidence for an NVQ in child care and education.
This course is suitable for people aged 16+ who don't have a current first aid certificate but want to learn how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) machine.
It covers first aid for unresponsive Babies, Children and Adult casualties,
including the use of an AED machine.
We also offer an automated external defibrillators course for those who do have a current first aid certificate
Our Automated External Defibrillation course (AED) is a 1/2 day course lasting about 2 hours,
during this course you and your team will learn how to use a DE-FIB and combine it with effective CPR in order to assist a person who has gone in to Cardiac Arrest.
